Wilma Chan Family Resource Center Home

The Wilma Chan Family Resource Center (WCFRC) is a collaborative effort between San Lorenzo Unified and many community partners. A team of School Community Liaisons work at school sites as well as staff the WCFRC. Located in Hayward Acres, we serve as a welcoming hub for building community and helping you navigate complex systems to access the support you need. We are here for you and hope to see you soon!
