Parking & Arrival Information

The Wilma Chan Family Resource Center is located on the Royal Sunset Campus at 20450 Royal Ave, Hayward, CA 94541. Because this is a multi-use facility, entrances can be difficult to find. Please review the instructions below based on the purpose of your visit.

Parking Lot A

For appointments, walk-ins, and Story Time

• Park in the lot with the circular driveway loop (not the lot with the solar panels).
• Walk under the covered driveway back toward Royal Avenue.
• At the end of the blue wall, you’ll see a black gate (unlocked).
• Enter the courtyard and ring the doorbell, or call 510-317-4420 for assistance.

Parking Lot B

For classes and workshops, food distributions, and outdoor events

• Event parking is located in the rear of the building.
• Enter the large parking lot from Sunset Blvd (about halfway up the block).
• After parking, walk toward the pedestrian gate next to Grace Bible Church (back toward Royal Ave).
• A staff member will greet you. If no one is present or you need assistance, please call 510-317-4420.
